How much does a photographer cost in Finland?
The price of the photographer depends on the duration of the shoot, the purpose of the shoot and the number of images to be delivered. For example, weddings, corporate photography and events are priced differently. Always ask for a quote to get the right package for your needs.
How do I book a photographer and how early?
Recommendation: weddings 6-12 months in advance, corporate and events 2-8 weeks, potretis 1-3 weeks. Popular dates fill up quickly.
How many photos will I get of the shoot?
The number of photos depends on the duration of the shoot. Potrettes 10-30 photos, corporate 20-100+, weddings hundreds of photos. It’s all about quality, not quantity.
How quickly will the photos be delivered?
Typical delivery time: potraits and corporate photos 1-7 days, events 24h, weddings 4-8 weeks. Express delivery can be arranged separately.
Do I get all the photos or just the selected ones?
A carefully selected and processed package is delivered. Raw images are not usually handed over, as image processing is an integral part of the final result and artistic vision.
Can the images be used freely?
Private customers will have extensive rights of use for personal use and perpetual commissioning rights. For businesses, access is defined according to the purpose for which the images are used.
Where is the filming taking place?
Filming can be done at the client’s premises, outdoors, at the event location or in a studio. Always choose the most suitable environment for the objective of the shoot.
Do you help people pose for photos?
Yes. Most customers are not used to the camera. I direct in a relaxed way throughout the shoot to make the end result look natural.In wedding portraits I focus on the chemistry between the couple and capturing that without any fuss.
What happens if it rains or there is an obstacle on the day of the shoot?
In case of weather or obstacles, a contingency plan is always agreed or, if possible, the shooting is postponed. Experience will always help to find a suitable solution.
